Time Out magazine has published a ranking of the world's coolest neighborhoods for 2024. The main criteria for selection were culture, art, food and drink, and the unique features of each place.

The list was compiled based on the opinions of journalists and editors from around the world.

"These are places that reflect the best of their cities—their culture, spirit, nightlife, food and drink. And all in one vibrant neighborhood," the ranking's authors stated.

The Notre-Dame-du-Mont neighborhood in Marseille, France, took first place. This neighborhood is known for its street art and unique atmosphere. Here you can find vibrant graffiti, works by contemporary artists, galleries, and unusual restaurants.

Second place went to Al-Fida Mers-Sultan in Casablanca, Morocco, thanks to its lack of trendy establishments and unique architecture that has helped preserve the area's pristine spirit. This neighborhood is prized for its simplicity and uniqueness.

Third place went to Pererenan in Bali, Indonesia. This place attracts tourists with its pristine beaches, cozy cafes, and relaxed atmosphere, devoid of the hustle and bustle of the city.
