In Dubai, where skyscrapers have long been a hallmark, a new high-rise is preparing to open, promising to be one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. The Tiger Sky Tower, costing approximately $1 billion, will impress not only with its height (532 meters, 122 floors) but also with its unique design, reminiscent of a desert oasis. Construction of this building will set several records, according to the publication "Vokrug Sveta."
The skyscraper's key feature will be the world's tallest tropical forest, located inside the building at a height of 447 meters. In addition to lush greenery, exotic plants, rare trees, and tropical birds, it will feature walking and jogging paths, relaxation huts, and even a cable car.
Tiger Sky Tower will also boast an outdoor infinity pool at a record-breaking height of 431 meters.
The tower will also house 849 luxury residences, the most modest of which will cost $680,000. Particularly noteworthy is the world's tallest "royal penthouse," which is expected to belong to one of Dubai's princes.
Tiger Sky Tower is scheduled for completion by 2029. The skyscraper promises to be not only an architectural masterpiece but also a place where urban life will blend harmoniously with nature.
